Each member of staff has remained dedicated to personally knowing all individuals within their care, providing the best personalised support possible to each of our service users. Because of the dedication of our team to providing excellent, tailored support to each service user, the quality of our care has been rated as ‘Outstanding’ from the Care Quality Commission.

Sohila mostofi
director

Sohila is the founder and Registered Manager of Link Support, formerly known as The Link Nursing & Care Agency in 1997.  She holds the NVQ Level 4 Registered Managers Award. She provided nurses and carers to hospitals and nursing homes before providing support workers to learning disability supported living homes in 2004. Prior to that she trained and worked in London hospitals including St Bartholomew’s as a Registered General Nurse and then a nursing home in Berkshire. In 2009 she felt that the company was ready to seek contracts from social services and directly manage, support and develop people with learning disabilities.

Bohdana Shtefanyuk
REGISTERED Manager

Bohdana has worked in Health and Social care since 2001, starting in a busy 86 bedded nursing home as a Care Assistant. She joined Link Support in 2004 and became service manager in 2010. She holds the NVQ Level 4 Registered Managers Award.  She has a wealth of experience caring for older people, adults with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health diagnosis. In her spare time, Bohdana likes to spend time with her two children, travel around Europe and participate is various projects at Newbold Church.

 

Brian Martin, CMgr FCMI MCFHP MAFHP
Operations Manager

Brian Joined Link Support in 2009.  He has twenty years of experience in the Civil Service including operational managerial level.  He holds management level qualifications including Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services and an accredited PROACT-SCIPr instructor where he works with colleagues to develop Positive Behaviour strategies for people we support. He is a Chartered Fellow of The Chartered Management Institute and a Member of the Association of Foothealth Professionals and holds a Diploma in Foot Health Practice (Distinction).

Clare Musgrove
Service Manager

Clare has been in health and social care since 1990 and has been with Link Support since 2010. Previously, she cared for older people in a large nursing home with a specialised dementia unit and has since worked very closely with people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours for over a decade. Clare holds the level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services.

 

HANNAH ZALECKI
SERVICE MANAGER, CARE CO-ORDINATOR

Hannah joined Link Support in 2019. She started her career in health and social care in 2006 and has experience supporting individuals with complex care needs and learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries and metal health diagnosis within supported living and respite services, as well as experience working in an SEN school. Hannah holds a DipHe (level 5) in social care.

 

vlasta mihaylov
office admin & rECRUITMENT

Vlasta started work at Link Support in 2012.  After developing her knowledge and skills supporting individuals within our services she was asked to become a member of the office team becoming our Administration Manager.  Vlasta has experience in supporting adults and children with learning disabilities, autism, acquired bran injuries and mental health, she has also work in SEN school. Vlasta enjoys spending time with her children and in her spare time help to run a church-based children’s drum band.

 

TARA MYLETT
TRAINING

Tara joined Link Support in 2020 as a Support Worker. She has previously worked in a local college supporting young adults with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health diagnosis.  She holds a psychology honours degree and level 2 NCFE in Mental Health Awareness and Counselling Skills.
