Premium support care for individuals with learning disabilities

 Our services

At Link Support, we offer two main types of support care to our individuals: supported living and community support. Depending on the type of support required, we tailor our care services to the individual to help them live as comfortably and independently as required for their needs.

Supported Living

We provide tailored support care for an individual or group of people, in an owner occupied accommodation or a secure tenancy agreed home. Support could be provided for a few hours, overnight, or for 24 hours a day. A support care plan is agreed with those important to the individual and monitored regularly.

Community Support

These are usually short visits within the home of the individual, suited for those who already live a more independent lifestyle, that may require some additional support to conduct daily tasks with ease. Support is tailored to the individual and usually is for a few hours a day.
