Supported Living
Supported Living means an individual, or group of people, can live within owner occupied accomodation or a secure tenancy agreed home where support is provided. This could be for a few hours, overnight, or 24 hours a day. The support is carefully planned to meet the needs of the individuals and is delivered in the way that they want. By providing complete care and support for the individuals involved we promote their independence and well-being.
